Disappointed over Car Agents

Gaaaaaaaah I can't believe this. I am going totally nuts! I ordered my Perodua MyVi on Dec. The agent told me can get car by beginning of Jan, so the waiting is abt a month. Then everytime I call the agent, she will drag and drag and drag until... 2 months ady. So great, I finally got my car and thought I don't have to see her again, EVER.

Until I realized that there were blade-like cut stripes on the back seat of my car.

After tht I called her everyday and she just brush me off with reasons like, "my colleague who took the photos wasn't here today so i can't see it." and "I had training today so i'm not in the office" etc. When I finally managed to talk to her properly, she told me that car seats got no warranty so cannot do anything. Of course, knowing me (anyone else in this situation also) I burst into anger bubble. I told her off but before I could finish my sentence, she slammed the phone and I couldn't get through to her at all after that. Such a ... you know the word, b*at-ch.

I got really frustrated this time and I drove straight to her office. She wasn't there, so I complaint to one of her colleague. He promised to consult his boss.

Seriously, the service in Malaysia is getting worse! Is that how they treat their customers? Boy, then I wish them good luck since they are going to need it.

yeah, my boss said normally try to get some agent of people you know... so any problem easier to settle. But I dont know anyone anyway.

Anyway THANK GOD that now the problem is so-called settle. The company willing to replace new car seat. But I still complain the staff to his boss coz really can't stand her attitude. Downright terrible.

Wah xell, so nice, no need to buy car... i need to get one for convenience's sake. it's so hard if I need to tumpang my dad's car all the time.

i know klang only got the ktm, which is totally unreliable...
so understandable y u need to get a car...
neway, these days i really feel like getting a car, coz i feel like i'm spending half my life waiting for the bloody bus...

Ah seriously, I had enough of public buses. Not only they don't come on time, they come fully loaded with wolfs. Sometimes you're trapped in it like sardines n can't even get out. Worse, there are times you'll feel someone touching your butt or staring at you. Sexual harassments are so common that i'd rather die getting a car than getting harassed.

Motorbikes... it's so dangerous, especially for girls! You be careful on the road too!

Xell -~> Just sit up straight and crank the accelerator. Don't even have to cycle.

Yuii -~> Motorbikes are ok for short distances. And also off major roads.

I'd go for small cars because... I'm the type that freaks out when I try to squeeze the car into tight places. Hate to drive through those narrow roads with cars parked on both sides.

DD>> yea, for short distance + guy, not a problem. anything more than dat = VERY DANGEROUS but nowadays motorists are getting at people's nerves. They ride in the middle of the road, ride slowly side-by-side with friend and chat along, simply zoom, ride on highway for cars etc etc. So those motorists are simply inconsiderate.

Ei ei, if you guys don't know I do drive my mom's AT (Automatic transmission) Kancil. Prefer that over the AT Waja and MT Kembara.

I tend to sit as high as possible so that I can see where my front and side bumpers are. At least not too worried about wrong estimations.

Ei, seat can only adjust front/ back or the seat forward or backward, cannot adjust height! If can adjust height, I also wan to adjust =.= sometimes can't really see the front coz I'm... well... I'm not tall enough ==;

Btw, anyone read the news today? Savvy got call back for some bearing problems related to the wheel. Any Savvy drivers here? Proton cars can be so dangerous sometimes. Remember last two years Waja also got some sort of problem...

Yeah, some cars (more expensive 1's) do have that function. But for kancils... I wind the seat as upright as possible to sit up straight.

ic ic... so that's wat u mean by 'sit as high as possible' lol but for me - if the seat is too straight, it hurts the back.

AGREE. Savvy isn't nice and now worse, hav to get it fixed.

I wonder when is BO...? there wasn't any date released yet and it's already April. I wonder if there will be a BO at all (dis year)?
