I just saw this movie and I must declare this the best anime movie I've seen in the last 2 years. It made me laugh in the 1st half as I enjoyed watching Makoto crashing into stuff. The 2nd half was very heart-wrenching as we watched Makoto deal with the devastating consequences of her actions. The crying has to be some of the best I've heard.

Anyone else seen this? Anyone else think that the female lead has a slight resemblance to Saya Otonashi from Blood+?

I saw it earlier. It was indeed a very nice and warm movie.  Most of the time it was quite funny whenever Makoto abused her time-travel ability to avoid love confessions & enjoy yesterday's meal.  But the last part was pretty sad.  But if I'd been the director, I'd make Chiaki have no powers so her friends die and she'd cry like mad and regret the rest of her life. Now that's tragic!
