Who are some of the famous people you have interacted with? By "interacted", I don't mean merely gazing at some politician or movie star from a distance but actually getting a chance to talk to them, etc.

n i've got a few friends in the local entertainment too...

he's her senior, and i just kept screaming when she told me coz she spotted his name on my gravitation cds... hehehe

Local celebrities, not so much. Some playwrights, some authors, some actors. Can barely recall those c.c

why do i need to disclose the names of my friends?
n my job requires me to meet a lot of ppl in the business field, so i don't intend to disclose the names of ppl i meet

However this thread is asking about famous people you have met, not just casual friends(and personally I doubt anybody is interested if they are unknowns )that nobody knows. If I have met say, Tony Fernandes, the CEO of Air Asia, it's not like disclosing that is such a big deal.

well, u're the one who's saying met, not just see from far
n it's a big deal for me, coz i feel by disclosing their names, it would b violating their privacy
i don't want to announce here that i've met and known these ppl

but if u're so interested in knowing names, then here's some famous ppl i've met but not in contact with them: all 3 brothers of KRU, Simon Mulligan and Alain Lefevre, who kept chattering in French to me (both are pianist), Nicholas Tse's father (keep bumping into him at airports)

Now now, why the tense atmosphere? i met with a famous "person" in Perth too! Well, not a person... but she's even more popular than John Howard! hehehehe yea the wombat is sooooooooooo cute and basically so popular that one of the reason people go to the wildlife park is to see, touch and take snapshot with her ^____^  hey, you're supposed to laugh and not frown!




Eeeeer basically i met before Adam and Marion from the TV8 quickie~ they were at KDU last year (or was it the year before... couldn't remember) doing some shots. so i took a pic with them and chat a few words...

then there was this girl i met back in my diploma years... what's her name? she's a Malay, kinda pretty with loud hoarse voice. She's Chef Wan's daughter and currently a celebrity (doing hostings, did act in several movies). I can't remember her name now, seriously coz honestly, i don't get along well with her. she joined our class suddenly, for about a month i think and she's my classmate's close friend. they are always together... we did spoke several times and interacted in class, but her type of personality is someone i'd avoid getting close coz i get intimidated with her types lol

apparently i was surprised when i found out recently that a friend@classmate@groupmate of mine for 2 years' cousin is the girl/ lead singer in Juliet the Orange lol... that was some discovery. i mean, i don't know her, nor am i interested but ... what im trying to say is that, sometimes u think u know that person well enough, but you'll always discover something surprising within it~
