Mouth sore or whatever it is called, I want to know! It is darn painful. >.<
Friends said pouring/rubbing salt is very effective on curing it but I never dared to try.

Don't pour or rub salt directly to the ulcer, u'll kill yourself...
gargle your mouth instead with salt water, with the intensity of salt in the water depending on how strong u can tahan the stinging pain
another method is gargling with listerine
the pain will be too much tat ur entire mouth feels numb and u dont feel the pain already...
hehehehe
and to prevent mouth ulcer, make sure u drink loads of water
why you have ulcer is coz your body's feeling heaty
i hate having mouth ulcers... i always end up crying while trying to eat....
but at least i get to lose weight... hehehehe

I seldom got ulcer from bitting my lip. Usually I did nothing just let it heal. But the whole time it was stressful.
I rather ppl not to cope with the stress. Instead, just put Bonjela and then go to sleep.

I tried with salt water, doesn't work well.  And I haven't bought listerine yet, I don't use that so I don't have that to test with, lol. Maybe I should really try pouring salt someday... |

I think there was some sort of commercially sold gel or something for mouth ulcers... Can't remember the name. Try asking in pharmacies..

it works after few days n u got to apply everyday
but it hurts like hell when u put it on ur ulcer
i remembered screaming n crying when i had to put it on my ulcer.... >.<

Ah... I have been putting some weird chinese medicine powder on it and it relieves the pain by giving it some menthol feeling, I'm not sure if it is curing though. >.<

well try this..but its really work on me..if you can stabnd bit pain.. my solution is eat curry mee or eat something related with curry or maybe you may try 'sambal'..just let the spicy hot kill your germs..actually using salt is more pain than eating curry solution..you will feel pain for a while then later u may see your ulcer become red..than the next day you can see your ulcer is already bye bye to you..last week my eldest brother had this ulcer too so i ask him to eat curry then the next morning he call me to inform me that my idea was really effective.... :wink:
