Unless other members come forward about this matter, I don't think the problem originates from this site...
If you really wanna know you'll have to try the admin's email. They don't really come in here often. (or, when they do, they don't post much)

I think some of the members join the club just for adv the first post is "Come we have the best price" Do they have manners? They annoying me we here Anime Club Not Anime commercial Club I hope this message reach those people and please don't disturb the club with your posts.  |

Hmmm I did not receive such things after two years being in AM. Maybe it's some other party who's doing that confusing stuff. Anyways, I'm glad I didn't receive such things.

oh come on, i trust Cloud and everyone else here wouldn't do that~ i receive no such annoying stuffs but im not surprised if it's some program / newsletter etc you signed up sell the database to those crappy company. it happens all the time. i have 300 spam and bulk mails in my yahoo mail when i didn't check mail for 1 week...

well i also got tonnes of these just ignore it. (i traced it, it's thanks to the email harvester. i got lots of address and i got the spam from the address where i posted at any forums)
