I thought it wouldn't be good for Christians though? In what way is it bad for Muslims? (It's sensitive... I know)

Actually it has no negative effects for Muslims...
I, as a Muslim and any other Muslims refer to
Jesus Christ a.k.a. Nabi Isa as a prophet.
So, it is believable for Muslims that the Devine Decendants of Christ exist.

(please forgive any mistakes.)

well i read the book but er... didn't finish it. left few more chapters to finish hahaha

the movie was good and hey, tom hanks is good. he does have that 'smart' look (though his hairstyle does irritate me a little) and fit to be Prof Langdon... we can't be expecting someone like Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt, can we? @@

neway, i heard some rude remarks while exiting the cinema whereby a girl said in chinese, "I don't even know what the hell happened throughout the story... it was totally out and horrible."

in my opinion, it's fine if you don't read the book but concepts of Christianism, Jesus, Leonardo da Vinci's painting etc should come in handy when you watch the movie. for example, even if you read the book but have never seen the painting of 'The Last Supper' ... you wouldn't very much understand what happened. so i guess in the end its always knowledge on the concept is most important because what the movie does is just breaking the codes. if you don't even know the codes, what is there to break?

btw yes, its almost impossible to bring out stories in the whole book... but i guess at least they bring out the essential parts and focus only on the concept of Jesus, Mary and the holy grail because in the book, there's a lot more Christianity theme that they brought up...
