............................................managed to catch it today after much persuasion to release stress :cry:

there's a lot of commotion about it so i guess basically no one would be oblivious about this movie ^^;;

i'd say it was pretty okay (since im a sucker when it comes to Tom Hanks) and interesting, judging from my perspective. I read the book but didn't manage to finish it... i haven't read the ending yet and was utterly surprised and kinda like how it ended in the movie.

if you wanna compare to the book... mana boleh. the movie was 2hrs 30mins like dat and the book is few hundred pages thick. so they left out many details and only focus on their main quest--to break codes and look for the holy grail while striving to reach the truth before they're caught, or worse, murdered.

its enjoyable ^_____^ and worth a watch. but if you don't really know about Da Vinci's art/ Christianity/ have not read the book, you might be a little blur about what they are discussing at certain point...

I thought it wouldn't be good for Christians though? In what way is it bad for Muslims? (It's sensitive... I know)

I'm going to watch it tomorrow. I read the book and I saw it as mere entertainment. I found the facts in it quite sceptical... but that's just me. ^^ I enjoyed the book mostly cause it was entertaining.

yeap, bad reviews.
but they are comparing with the book.
seems like most bad reviews came from those who read the book.

how can they expect a movie to follow exactly wat happens in the book anyways. they dont take into considerations there are those who did not read the book and also the movie has to cater for the general public.

if the movie was made to cater for those who read the book, then the bad reviews a justified.

i have not watched the movie, just a few comments from my friends. i'll reserve my opinion for later

Well despite the bad reviews..it's make lot's & lot's of $$$ all over the world...well i think you can safely said that most people don't care much or curious bout the controvesy,guess every1 wants to be entertain,just all.

facts are quite sceptical alright...the show was ok if not compared with the book...and i feel tom hanks is not suitable for the role :?

does anyone here not read the book and still understands the show? i went to watch the movie with my friends and those who haven't read the book didnt seem to know what was happening...maybe thats why he reviews are bad?
