It wouldnt be troublesome, if it was interactive. Agree with DD about the complain. Doing the calculation myself is a bit mendokusai. Anyway the questions are a bit wierd cos of the repeatitions and stuff but i kinda like my result which quite true to my own personality.
Competing - 5 pt
Collaboration - 5 pt
Compromising - 9 pt
Avoiding - 7 pt
Withdrawing - 5 pt
I'd mostly compromise/avoid most of the problems i faced while the rest i'd handle differently depending on the situations.

You could almost tell where the quiz is taking you after going halfway through.
The use of differently paired choices is to see which characteristic prevails over the other within you.
And from the choices, you could already tell what charateristic it represents. :wink:

I made a quick go-through and analyzed my result based on my estimation... I think I am a person who likes to compromise things and avoid it whenever I feel stuck in a deadlocked situation. Because I am a person who can't speak a word whenever another person interrupts me, and, in order to keep myself from blowing a fuse, I usually kept quiet and walk away from there. Because I'm confronting an annoying bunch of cowards who came to me in gangs just to render me speechless. Anyway I hate talking about people who did that to me, so I'd better stop now.

ah... after about 10 questions, you'll start to get a headache and confusion sets in ^^;; yes, so many repetition but yet they are diff questions...
my result:

hm? well i agree i can be a 'little' bossy sometimes but that is when the others arent doing their work. if everything goes on well, i'll just go on with my stuffs...
