The purpose of the points is............ok i dont know. But i give my several guesses.
Maybe if AM is implementing member's avatar then you can buy different clothes & accesories for the avatar using the AM points. Ah, reminds me of Gunbound & O2Jam.
Or maybe you can use the AM points for whatever enhancement whenever you reached certain points. Maybe you can have "spamming immunity", "mod access", "permission to change AM forum main page for a day", "Buying cool exclusive titles"," Get exclusive emoticons" etc.
Or, AM point purpose is like MP or mana for those people who likes to play the Role-Playing Board that have skills or spells inside the thread. This can lead to some interesting type of games but u guys just think of the rules urselves.
Noticed that there's also donate button below the AM point. As far as i can understand, u can donate points to other members too. So, although i still dont know the purpose of AM point i would like to promote to all of the members here to donate some of the AM points to me. lol :lol:

But as you can see, looks like nothing has been implemented yet. :roll:

You can say it's a standard practice for most forums, the 8kb avatar ruling. :wink: The previous forum also had the rule, but did anyone care? Not me~  Implementation would have to depend on the admin/mods. I am a mod but I dont know how to program it. :roll: |

Yea standard.... while the picture getting more colourful these days....
I know a forum which got very strict rule and very active and aggresive mod but they allow under or 50kb avatar....
the mod seem like don't hav job or life... let say u put a sig file size larger than mention in the forum rule... leave it for a moment and u already got warning and threaten to ban u for a week....
