i am going to make my cg look like the sample pic ( the jiraiya hair..and more etc)
I added spikes lineart to his hair to increase realism (I am NOT doing cell-shading(anime colouring style) here ,although it looks like a combination of realism style and anime style above),what you ppl think? should I add those spikes outline to the cg or just leave it like the first pic like usual?

That is quite good and spikes make it better in my opinion. But I still do not see a reason to hijack another person's thread like this.
