Error uploading avatar

I tried to upload an avy and this is what I got:

So now I have to use off-site avatar.

How do I set an avatar on this board?

Well, you cannot upload anything to the site (it'll give you some sort of error) so the next best thing is to get your picture uploaded somewhere else and then using the off site URL linking for you avatar. Just look for the appropriate box to fill in in your "profile" page.

It has been like this for ages, I got that error a long time ago and I offlinked it.

Sorry to bump this.

I suggest don't enable the option to upload an avatar to the site.
as it is can affect the site database.
