The best console is the one with the best games.

So far DOA4 looks like a winner.

I want to play Tekken 6, Devil May Cry 4, Metal Gear Solid 4, Resident Evil 5 and the next Final Fantasy. I can live without playing DOA4.  :roll:

I would also like world peace, end of human suffering and happiness for us all.  :roll:

But I will have to settle for playing a game that actually exists.

(Oh I know there is a such a thing as MGS4; It's still useless talk unless you can buy it along with a PS3)

between 360 and ps3, i'd definitely choose ps3... considering that the 360 has a few bugs which microsoft now admits... but we'll just have to wait for ps3 to come out to compare the two...

Nintendo DS sell better then PSP because of their games. We know PSP got a lot of cool features and processing powers but many PSP owner cann't find a game to play.

Actually, the sales of DS and PSP is pretty close in the Europe(US and UK), and PSP manages to edge it out every once a while. Although DS sells a lot better thant PSP in Japan. Another reason of the DS selling better than PSP is obviously, the price of them, where a PSP is double the price of a DS. Last note, PSP does have a good collection of games and they are quite equal.

as far as i know, the game development cost for PSP is far too high compared to Nintendo DS. we'll see... and i noticed that PSP will have a lot of games that converted from PS.

back to topic, as long as they have VGA out i will get it.

PS3 is very cool but I have a bad feeling that I heard they will have very unfair copyright protection for people who buy originals. "a copy of a game is only valid to 1 PS3 console" (not talking about the P version.)

and for XBOX 360, will it be like XBOX that have only 10 games that are worth playing?

I am still in a delimma on which to choose.

Does it matter? I won't want to get a XBOX360 now for DOA4 and regret later of spending my money and not able to get a PS3 for the games I mentioned. Those that I mentioned are announced to be on the PS3 with some progresses shown, in short, they do exist. :roll: (well, except the next Final Fantasy but we know where is it gonna be on.)

Besides, I have seen trailers of DOA4, with their hair going through their arms and so on it is not appealing to me at all.

The PSP has already got a lot of games that are ported from the PS.

The copryight protection will be hacked eventually like it always happened. I say wait a bit and go for the PS3.

now u mantioned it. To me it was like, PSP = more really portable and power upgraded PSX but use different media as PSX.

I am aiming for originals for the games that i like. i checked on XBOX 360 that they priced at RM150 "standard" for ASIA release!

also i am looking fwd to phantom (http://phantom.net/) like service and i hope there will be in PS3 / XBOX. u don't buy the game but u rent it.

u will ask 'why should we rent while we can get P version?'

I will answer, to play online la. since many games will have online features and will be cheaper then MMORPG! (see the XBOX live service price)

Nah, actually the PSP is capable of doing things in the range of a PSX and PS2, so it does not only gets ports from the PSX but the PS2 as well.
