Problems with Kanon (18+) game. Need help.

Need help from anyone with a Kanon (18+) game.


The problem is, after installing the game, i run the game and enter into the title screen. There's a BGM running at the title screen. I click the new game & then the prologue of the game start (the part where Yuuchi & Nayuki meet). The title screen BGM is still there when the prologue start (which i'm not sure if it's the right BGM for the prologue scenes or not because i dont know).

The problem starts after the prologue ends and the opening for the game starts. AFAIK, all version of Kanon game opening have the song "Last Regret" in it. But what happens in my game is that the title screen BGM song is still playing non-stop while in the OP & Last Regret was nowhere to be heard. The worst thing is that when i ALT-F4 & terminate the game, the BGM song still can be heard and i cant do anything to stop it unless i waited for quite a long time (around 10 mins) for the BGM to stop auto-looping itself or restarting the PC.

I hope any Kanon game owners can help me with this problem.

Basically, it's a dating sim game. You are the main character, and you go after a girl.
What's special is the story is quite a nice one.
Try catching the anime series. :wink:
And there's 2 versions of the game- the h-rated version and the all-ages version.

Bah I have downloaded the file but I can't seem to get it to run... I get a blue window with DOS language telling me there's an error and I can't do anything about it. :evil:
(Or was it an error during the installation screen? bah in short I just can't run the game !!!)

I saw the (18+) sign on the title so is the games h-rated version one or  all-ages version one?

DayDreamerz - Maybe you need a Japanese version of DOS (NEC one) to operate ,i've encountered same problem with older version of Japanese dating sim game...
