Well, if you don't know that the forum was taken offline for a few days since friday (or was it thursday?), let me inform you that we got hacked. The hacker spammed using our website's official email account after wrecking the forum.  :evil:

That's the problem with popular & open source programs like phpbb & phpnuke. It's easier to obtain the source to find out flaws, and more ppl would get annoyed from one's attack. Webmasters ought to be better alert and be quick to patch up holes.

Capture? not yet...furthermore we're just a small site... even if we caught them nothing much we can do... at most is tell ISP to ban his account.... :roll:
And they can just return by re-applying for a different account if I'm not mistaken.

Here's a little tidbit for everyone to chew on
We suffer from an average of at least 2 hacks per year. Trust me, I've been here for sometime and frequent enough to notice when it goes down, even for a short while. :?
