I wonder where to download the .ass subtitles. At china and taiwan they share in emule. can find them using keywords like "popgo ass" "popgo rar"

anyone know where to find the english ones? because i download the raws so sometimes i can save bandwidth by downloading the ass or ssa files.

You could try scriptclub.org but I doubt they have the recent anime scripts, and their member registration process will take a few days.
