Besure to check out that "Orchard road" or something like that, tons of shopping centres there, wonder if it is still the same though, haven't been there for years.

Far East Plaza, Takishimaya (Kinokuinya) - Orchad Road
Suntec City, China Square (esp on Sunday when they have flee markets)
Sunshine Plaza (anime dvds, animes screening, plastic models, anime related merchadise)

The above are places you can visit to find some anime related stuffs, dvds, books, illustration book, manga, and also dirt cheap toys.

For more infomation, visit my mutiply where i have an article written on my lastest visit to Singapore.

You can be count on the events that held elsewhere in Singapore, though never been there once...( So Sad!)

Sentosa Island. Recently, they had a Flower Festival there. Really beautiful. Don't know whether it's still on though. They had this crab exhibition while i was there last yr at Underwater World. Quite good. The Bird Park was nice too...
