When you mention Highlander, I can only imagine that "highlander" movie lol

COTD>> One of my secondary school friend turns out to be someone unappreciative. Her Bday lunch is this Sunday and it doesn't seem like she appreciates the middle person's effort in organizing this whole thing. Well I'm not really involved in it but feel angry on behalf of my best friend (she's the organizer).

What? No way! What about your secondary school friends? I usually prefer a karaoke session for bday... get to sing AND eat!

O.o overseas for holiday?

Well the Sunday lunch and dinner just got weirder and weirder. For lunch, the restaurant supervisor came and serve us... then he tried to "hit" on one of our friend!!! Eeewwww so damn lame! He was telling our friend, "You shouldn't sit beside the mirror (there was a table next to the mirror) because you're so pretty the mirror will break."  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy (in Cantonese it's 'leng pau keng' as he said it... my direct translation is not very well done lol). Best of all, our friend here is MARRIED Grin I told her, "You should start waving your hand with the ring on...!"

LOL!!! Nvm la xell, can celebrate belated version and go on the weekend instead Grin

ah nope, they're living overseas... one just got married to a sporean T_T

haha i'm trying my best not to laugh hysterically here when i read tat cheesy line
omg, it's so hilarious, but i thought mirror breaking is usually associated with hideous ppl???

nah, i dont want to celebrate so i can stay 25 :p

ooh ooh this is not a corny line, but i found it really touching, it was posted by a lady in fluff frens in fb "The birds were singing but I never heard them until I met you"
eh eh i dunno whether it was with you all or my colleagues, but some1 mentioned bout this korean game show where this guy supposed to kao this lui using all sorts of pick up line, i end up laughing or getting goosebumps when i heard some of them coming out
