Doom:the movie will be out soon(not sure the date) & the Rock star in it.so far most of "game to movie" doesnt do well in the box office like Alone in the Dark,havent seen it but i heard it was a the worse movie.So what u all think,will go with a bang or it is doom to sink into the bottom pit of hell?there are pics of the movie here :

Alone in the Dark was awful cheesy, except for the Nightwish soundtrack in the movie - "Wish I had an Angel", I think.

I tend to think positive about any game-based movie that are ever to come out, regardless the disappointments I had from watching the older movies (ie. Mario Bros, Street Fighter, Final Fantasy)

So, the Doom movie could be good.

Doom the movie? I just been informed that HALO The Movie is going to be make. Hmm Rocky kah... ever since he 'retired' from wrestling everything about him look cooling down. Spy Hunter would be the only his big project so far. Doom looks pretty dull here, he plays a 'bad' commander and dies in the end killed by the 'creature'. Layeth the Smacketh Down.

Speaking on Resi,ResiEvil3 should b start filming at the end of the year but the is rumour flying in the net that there will b ResiEvil4 & it take place in Tokyo....well jus a rumour.

i'm waiting for it to show at my local cinema...should be very interesting cos it base on the game DOOM3.It most of the moster in the game even i havent play it

Saw it. My quick review (don't read unless you havn't plan for the movie):





- 1st person POV was quite interesting. But never intense nor shocking.
- Everything felt like watching Resident Evil 1, only they added a bit of sci-fi (the portal thing).
- Quite a few action. Nothing scary.
- Climax not so climatic at all. The fought between the huge black guy (forgot his name) and the monster down the prison cell was much better.

Overall: 1.5 / 5
Recommend: Skip the movie. Just play the game.
