Staying up till early in the morning

Insomnia or sleep problem?... Well, don't stress to much... drink hot milk
before sleep... Normally I sleep for 7-6 hours for 1 day... since i'm working in early morning I woke up 6.30 am till 7.00 a.m...... But I really like to overnight in weekends because I really love the night days... If you woke up so early... why don't you go watch the sunrise ? it's very good for ya soul, ya know...

Well, I rarely get to sleep when there's a big occasion the next day.
I tend to "overhype" my brain to the point that I cannot sleep, when in fact I should be resting more...  :evil:

Hmmm.. I have troubles to sleep all the time, slept at 6am last night. There is a day I did not sleep at all, and slept at 5pm in the next day. Cool no?

i rarely got to sleep for six hours only when exams are round the corner....especially finals....

speaking of that... its REALLY round the corner

at least those of you who drive to college etc canw ake up later... regardless of the time i sleep, i must get up at 6am everyday (except weekend) =___= ... its really tiring and i felt as though i NEVER had enough sleep.

so the consequence is that i tend to doze off in the class. my eyes will be so tired that i cannot open it despite having a sweet in my mouth to make me a little awake... let's ee... i slept through my econs, ICT theory and... sociology! what a record  :shock: my friends knew i sleep too and i don't lie on the table ^^;; i'll try to cover my face with my hand and sometimes i'll wake up in a sudden, shocked. dunno why.... but luckily so far didn't scream hahaha

when i rush for assignment... i only get 2 hours sleep sometimes. this is so unhealthy...

sometimes if i have a test the next day,ill sleep at like 4-5 am in the morning and wake up at 7.........
if the test is a hard one,i wont even sleep........
i remembered myself sleeping once during an exam........
luckily it wasnt an important one.........

Guess every 1 has problems with sleep, I guess will be doin it for the rest of our lives unless u work in Aus or some really realxed country or u retire.

Maybe I sould take tsunami's advice and try morphine and Heroin also. Why be so hard on my self since life is sooo short.

Sorry for reading bout my nagging.

But its true my friends that have graduated and workin in accounting firms and computer programming companies in M'sia have to work from 8am to 11pm if lucky. If its rush hour work stops @ 3 am.
