i equally like both......... in manga u can see the writers thoughts and u can learn more about the characters itself....... but in anime,u can see the movements,actions and the anime characters voice......... both are just good........

em... i like both but maybe more on manga? i dunno, i guess there's more things that they can do with manga. more comedy and more space for characters development. best of all, usually manga won't rush to end, unlike some anime =___= ...
but then again, yes, the motions and movements in anime makes it more lively and interesting. comic like bleach etc are best watch as anime because you can see the movements. whenever i read manga and then there's the fighting scene, i don't know what happened. i'll just skip and see who wins lol

Generally, I'd prefer manga over anime. I find them more intresting. But since manga requires lots of collecting... It kinda takes up a lot of resource... (time, storage & cash) :evil: :evil: So I collect more anime than manga.

I just buy manga in cd/dvd format. It's a lot cheaper and all in one!
Many would find anime more interesting but i prefer the artwork in manga. There are also some good manga which are not in anime version yet like Death Note. I'd buy the anime if it's ever released..

Manga, of cos. It's d original plot, charctrs, action, etc.
Anime is interestin, but sam screw up d actual plot & charctr...(lik Samurai Deeper Kyo)
On d other hand, sam anime r actuali beter den manga. Eg: Trigun, Rurouni Kenshin, etc...
Not much of an anime fan... :roll:

Usually, i but the manga import from Taiwan,one book need to pay at least RM8.00,i have buy a set of Hikaru No Go,Fruit Basket,Yami No Matsuei and Saiyuki about 52 books,iz cost more than RM600,so all the money i got from part-time work had used to buy all these book
so,im so poor now,hai.................
but the import book quality is better than local book... it have more imformation about the story,the characters and the author

Depends on which one is interesting.... so let me give an example.... like Gantz.... I rather say manga version is quite better than anime.. although most of the plot from Gantz First and Second Stage are from the manga version.... but why Im said manga version is more interesting? It is because in manga version seem lot of tragedy happened and become more interesting chapter by chapter .....
Another example Im gonna give is My-Hime.... for this title, Im gonna said anime is 10 times better than manga version. Although both of them didnt have the same plot storyline, but it seem look like the anime is give more good feeling about this anime. More reliable to watch anime version rather than read Mai-hime manga version.

Hai everyone! Newbie here! *bows head* Minna-san, dozo yoroshiku ^.^
If I had to choose between anime and manga, I would definitely choose manga. The plot is thicker and more in depth then anime. Take Saiyuki and Angel Sanctuary for example. Not all contents from the manga were shown on anime. The production house had to cut a lot of scenes because most of them were not suitable (too gory) for the "general audience". That's why anime are sometimes shorter then manga. Another major turn-off is the display of certain character's personality. They somewhat exagerate the whole thing. Eg; Tetsunosuke (PMK) and Hisoka (YnM) appear to be more childish and immature in the anime then in the manga. In short, they differ a lot from the original. But this doesn't mean I don't enjoy watching anime. Its just that I prefer manga more then anime.....
Eeeks! It seems that I've been rambling too much! Gomen ne ^.^;;;
