hmm... i guess we have a similar thread back in the old days...so guess this is just a remake.
well, tell and discuss bout ur encounter with anything supernatural...ghost(which is very common), aliens, monsters etc... well lemme start with a real story that had happen to someone close to me...
do you believe that there is another world exist out there, another dimension or something like that? and they are ppl from this other world who took human babies to be raised as their own? this is what happen to a would be mother of a pair of twins. this lady had been pregnant almost 9 months and it was confirmed that she was carrying a twin. on the night before the labour, she had a dream. a man came to her and showed her two rings. one is bigger than the other. the man ask her to choose one as a present. being a humble person, she chose the smaller one. the man asked her wether she is sure of the decision and she confirmed it. and the man smiled and said,"the small one is good as well." then the woman woke up. she felt pain as if she was going to give birth, but her water didnt broke. the doc just gave her some medicine, claiming it not time for labour yet. the next day, she gave birth but to only one child. everyone was surprised. but their took it as a test of faith. when her child age about 4 or 5, ppl claimed to the woman that they saw her child playing outside their house- eventhough her child was actually in her own house. even family members claimed that they saw the child somewhere where the child was not supposed to be. when the child was at school, ppl spotted the child playing or walking around. but there is something else that the ppl noticed. the chid they saw seemed somewhat healthier than the actual child. this phenomena continues until the child reached the age of 18....
so any comments... it not scary, i know.....

Probably the kid's twin wanna play as well. I've heard of some families facing same problem, one child was so sick, he wasn't able to move while the other one died during labour. The parents claim they saw their child playing in the attic when they heard loud noises during midnight. Besides that, sometimes the sick child would speak to himself like a person is by his side when there isn't any..
zurg : Hospitals probably covers up this stuff, won't wanna destroy their image..

ano.. i have one.. it happened to my aunt living in KL
she's already married for 'bout 10 years at least and still childless. she said she didn't want to adopt a child and still hoping to be pregnant with god's will. then recently, she did get pregnant. she was of course extremely overjoyed. she made sure that she did nothing that will harm her baby. then during the 6th month of pregnancy, she had a dream.. i can't remember what was it but i think it has sumthing to do with sumone taking the unborn baby away. about 2 weeks or so, she felt her stomach was a lil bit lighter. she went to see the doc and the doctor said the baby was gone. the doc also said that she looked like she never even got pregnant the whole time.
this was damn sad.. but being the pious woman she is, she took it really well. i almost cried..

There is actually some cases like false pregnancy whereby the woman desires to have a baby so much, that her body emits hormon that makes her look like pregnant (throwing up, leaking breast milk etc)

There is actually some cases like false pregnancy whereby the woman desires to have a baby so much, that her body emits hormon that makes her look like pregnant (throwing up, leaking breast milk etc) yeah i heard of that....but in that story of mine it was a bit different. during labour there is something that should come out with the baby, the plasenta(is it the right name?) well, in the story, two of these came out during labour. im not an expert in this field so i leave it as it is.... and when it comes to this, it always happen to malay families. thre are cases in caucasian families as well, but its very rare. could it have to do with their beliefs?

Some people believe, and others don't. However, there are still things that can't be explained by science... so we can't ignore the fact that there's supernatural things out there..

No matter how educated and rational we try to become, many people will still choose supersitition and hearsay over checking the facts.
