1) Download and install the latest version of mIRC.

2) Download and install the EXE installer in the new copy of mIRC you installed in step 1.

3) Run new copy of mIRC manually. (Running mIRC in the installer options is bugged)

4) When mIRC has started, type the command in red in the status window.
/load -rs zion\zion.mrc

5) After Zion has been loaded, please make sure to tweak your zion options.
