Ah good thing I'm not going outstation this Wed and the farewell dinner changed to Subang~ At least it's much nearer. Heard my boss mentioned "drinks" and I know we're drinking again...

Thx Cyan, gonna go home at 6pm today if possible and sleep earlier than usual~

Hmmmm maybe I should start enrolling myself to an aerobic class. I joined my Uni's gym back then and gawd aerobics always leave me energetic and satisfied.

Wat's with with tai chi talk...?

Hahahahahaha I enjoy aerobics coz it's fast, energetic and fun. You get to do complicated moves and also move your body in a healthy way. But I heard aero is bad for the knees tho, might overuse it in long-term. Sigh~

running in M'sia? Sigh~ we're not even safe walking on the street full of ppl... outdoor jog is dangerous wherever we go, even in allocated gardens~

Bt yah, M'sia is indeed too hot to do outdoor exercise/ activities. I don't mind walking from a restaurant 6km back to my uni in Perth coz the weather is simply cooling and refreshing... and I'm wrapped up in my comfortable jacket XD XD XD aaaaah miss those wonderful days~!

yeaaah when i was in germany, everytime i see an open green field, i start running and doing sound of music scenes... things i can't do here in msia...
