Well to be honest, I don't think the anime toys in Malaysia is cheap. In Singapore, they are about 70% of our price and in Hong Kong, they are 40% of our price. Not to mention, they keep carrying toys from the same shounen jump stuff like Naruto and One Piece. I'm still looking for reasonable figures from more recent anime of 2008.

Erm... Maybe try this store? They have their branches in MidVally, Berjaya Times Square and somewhere in Ampang.
I don't know what's the reasonable pricing for these stuff, so Piano might know better.

Except for some gashopon, I must say that their prices for anime figures are not reasonable. An anime figure selling for MR198 in their shop can be bought for MR150 in Singapore or even MR95 in Hong Kong. Admitedly their selection is okay compared to the rest of the shops selling anime figures. However in those comic book stores all around town, sometimes you might get a real bargain and find the same figure selling for MR100.

I'd guess shipping expenses?
Maybe extra taxes too?
But that doesn't explain why Singapore is still considerably cheaper...

Your welcome. Grin
