i'm not sure there's such cosplay shops in M'sia... but yah, d most practical method is to find a tailor when u still have the time!!! u r planning to cosplay in CF right???

erm... you'd be out of luck if you're looking for shops. At most I've seen the jackets for Naruto. Nothing else.

Anyway, there's a "virtual" shop taking commissions for costumes here

Not sure bout the pricing, but since they're local you should save on the shipping.
