Beautiful, brutal, heart rending, innocent and morally disturbing.
This series which caught my attention last year, have the most touching tragic story, morally repugnant yet so beautiful in composition and human drama.
Manga vol 2 in English is out at Kinokuniya, KLCC and Japanese is vol 4.
I cannot express how much I love this series. Great Greek-like tragedy yet innocently cute at the same time. Bloody yet touching, repugnant yet honourable warriors on both sides and you know in heart that this girl is doomed in the end. Yet you love them, seeing that they living their life as much they could, despite the circumstances they in.
A severe dichotomy but what a compelling dichotomy it was.
Their life is like cherry blossom, flowering so beautifully then wither and died, dropping to ground. We remember the beauty, because of their death in the end.
